The Dress
Elegant and timeless Orel dress which was part of the Pronovias 2015 collection. It is a floor length, ivory tulle dress with a fitted bodice.
It was an absolute dream dress as it can be styled in so many ways - I got married in winter so had a beautiful feather bolero to keep me warm, and an embroidered silk belt to emphasise my waist (bolero and belt are not included in the sale).
There is a very sweet petticoat underneath the layers which helps give the skirt shape. The fabric makes the dress very light so I was able to move around and dance all evening.
The dress is a Spanish size 16 which is more like a New Zealand size 14. I had the bodice altered a bit to fit but there's plenty of room to take it in further if required. It was dry-cleaned by Vogue Dry Cleaners immediately after our wedding and has been stored in a garment bag ever since - we got married in September 2014.
The dress is in immaculate condition.
