The Dress

Ivory ribboned lace layered over ivory satin. Still a current Q'Nique design (the website says there is a matching lace jacket that can be purchased, or it would look amazing with an ivory fur if you're having a winter wedding). I also have a hoop skirt that will be included with the dress (RRP $125, the sort where the top part around waist and hips is Lycra so its very comfortable to wear). Purchased from the lovely ladies at Bridal by Aubrey Rose in Perth.

No alterations to the bodice or hip area, still fits as a true size 10. The dress was professionally hemmed to suit my height of 164cm wearing flat shoes. The satin layer in the train has been removed to show the ribbon lace off beautifully and weighs less if bustled. A simple ribbon belt has been added, this would be easily removed if you wanted to go without or even add something more detailed.
