Gorgeously comfortable to wear, the dress is very flattering as dress draws attention to decollage and pulls waist in.
Dress with custom alterations cost just over $4000.
Sides in, remove crystals, remove tulle at waist, extra petals, hook and eye at back, bustle ties x 3 pair, extra tulle around halter neck to soften look.
