The Dress
'Paddy' Gown by Avenue Diagonal (one of the brands by the Pronovias fashion house in Spain). Bought for $2500 from Modes of Newmarket, and worn once for my wedding in January.
Elegant sheath style with plunging V, and lace on bodice, soft train. I had capped sleeves added with the same lace to balance out the shoulders nicely and add an extra touch of lace. Off-white colour.
Has been drycleaned and looks pretty much as new (some very slight darkening in stitching at hem of train, unnoticeable when worn, and could be hemmed out completely, I'm 5'9" and it's hemmed to just above the ground at my height). Label size 10, but brought in to fit more like an 8.
I loved wearing this dress on my special day - Lightweight for a summer wedding and super comfortable to move and dance in.
