The Dress

I am sadly selling my gorgeous wedding dress as it no longer has a use and should move on to the next beaming bride. I thoroughly enjoyed wearing it and it fit me like a glove. It is a simple, elegant, French country wedding dress. champagne/ivory lace.
The style is very similar to a popular Monique lhuillier Scarlet wedding dress which I had it modelled on.
It is an original Jim Hjelm 8011 dress.
I had a few alterations done to it like having the bust area taken in, adding cap sleeves and a few tucks on each side of the bust area.
I've had it professionally dry cleaned and comes in a display box. It is in immacculate condition.
It's also comes in a professional display box with tissue paper.
I would recommend that ideally when buying a wedding dress, you arrange to come and try it on however I know that may not be possible so I will give as much information as possible and answer all of your questions in order for you to make sure it's the dress for you!
It has three thin layers...an under slip, a beautiful champagne satin slip then the ivory lace overlay. I had padded cups inserted as you cannot wear a bra with this style. It has a hidden hook and eye at the top at the back and then an invisible zip down the bottom at the back covered in buttons. It has a beautiful puddle train which has a hidden hook for you to hook off the bottom button for when your dancing.
I am a UK size 8, am 5 ft 5.3 and I wore 2 inch heels. However if you want to know my specific measurements as i did have it tailored to fit me, can you message me please.
