This dress was bought brand new and has never been worn. I decided it wasn't the dress for me but the shop would not complete a refund. I still have the receipts and it still has the tag on. It has only been removed from its bag to be tried on a couple of times but has remained in the bag the shop provided at all times. In mint condition and no alterations have been completed. Basically in the same condition as if you ordered it from the shop yourself except it will cost you at least a couple of hundred quid less! Happy to send pictures of the real thing if anyone needs reassurance and happy if someone local wanted to visit to try on.
