The Dress
I am selling the Ellie dress and shrug. The gown itself is a strapless gown. This dress traditionally has a button bodice at the back but this was made lace up for me. The advantage for a buyer is that it is easier to get a good fit and shouldn't need much adjustment, if any from a seamstress. It looks absolutely stunning. I would say this is a high street 14 but could go down to a 10 or slightly up to a 16, depending on shape and chest size.
The dress itself is ivory and has a beaded, embroidered tulle bodice, silk organza full skirt and duchesse satin sash with diamante detail. It has a lovely long train and a hook at the back to take it up for your first dance. down the back.
It won't surprise you that it cost around £2500.
It has been worn once, indoors only and has been professionally cleaned. From a smoke free home.
I am 5'3" and wore 4" heels.
Has the famous Sassi internal corset to give you that perfect shape and no bra is needed.
