The Dress

This beautiful ivory Mori Lee 1862 wedding dress with alencon lace has a large fishtail as shown, which I had 3 hooks added so that in the evening the fish tail could be pinned up for ease when dancing.

The dress has a sweet heart neck line and is boned at the front to hold it's shape. The back of the dress comes low on the back with a zip which is hidden under a number of buttons as shown.


The dress is a size 10 with no alterations and Included with the dress is the lace keyhole coverlet which can be added and is shown in the photographs as well as additional sequins and buttons.


This dress has been worn once and is in perfect condition . The dress was dry cleaned 2 days after the wedding and comes in the original bridal storage bag.

It was purchased the end of February 2015, delivered 18th April 2015 and worn on the 9th May 2015 making the dress only 3months old.

I can not say enough about this dress and how as the bride it made me feel from the moment I tried it on, to the day I walked down the aisle. I received so many wonderful comments and the photos really do it no justice for how beautiful it truly is.


The reason for sale is that my husband and I are selling everything and going travelling round the world, so we have no where to store it. I won't deny I am very sad to part with it but I would hope that it would make someone else's day the way it made mine.
