Dress was originally a strapless, I added detachable capped sleeves. I'm wearing the dress with a hoop underneath to create more mermaid style although that is not included and is optional. The colour is optical White is amazing colour. I had alterations to make sweetheart and to bring waist line in. It's a really comfortable dress either strapless or with sleeves
