The Dress

Beautiful size 12 Jenny Packham dress for sale. Bought new and worn once. Odessa is like Danielle. Circular silk skirt. I had a higher modestly panel put in the front of the dress. I'm 5'6'' and had 3 inch heels.

The dress feels lovely on - the silk is lovely against your skin. I bought it as I loved the fully lace back. It is really stunning and would really suit a spring/summer wedding. I actually got married in November and it was quite cold with the short sleeves (!) but I had a tartan wrap for outdoor photos. It would suit a vintage style wedding due to the lace and silk and soft, elegant style. I wore my hair up with a pearl hair piece which worked really well with the dress. Bridesmaids were in a simple but elegant champagne dress from monsoon which had a complementary 'buttoned down' back.

I really loved to wear the dress and don't really want to let it go but I won't use it again (!) and hope someone else can get some love from wearing it!

I have not had it professionally dry cleaned as I wanted to find a buyer first so am happy to chat about that. I've cleaned it at the bottom of the train gently with a bit of fairy in the bath (as advised by the shop) to get rid of the discolouration along the bottom from outside photos. It has a tiny pull on the front of the silk but I honestly do not think anyone would see as it is exactly where you would hold your flowers (I think the pin from my bouquet caught on the dress) It is honestly still beautiful and no one would notice unless they were examining it closely.
