The Dress

My dress is a stunning ivory A-line gown with a lace neckline and a corset back. There is a floral lace and bead embroidery down the front of the bodice and on the train. The dress has pockets and both a waterfall bustle and an under bustle so allows you the choice of which to use. I really enjoyed wearing the dress and found it really comfortable and easy to both walk and dance in.

I had a few alterations made to the dress, including having pockets added and the bustles put in. I also had the top of the bust taken in slightly and the shape of the lace around the shoulders and neck altered. However the length and bodice sizing were not altered at all.

I also had the blue motif added to the dress (for approx. £10), I have now removed and kept this but it would be very easy to get something added yourself to make the dress unique to your style and taste.

I am 5'7 and wore a 2.5 heel, without the hoop underskirt the dress easily dragged on the floor at the front but the hoop is adjustable so can be made bigger to shorten the dress or smaller to reduce the amount it lifts the skirt. The sale includes the one hoop underskirt.

The dress has been cleaned, however there are some very faint marks around the bottom of the train if you look really closely.
