Pronovias 2014 USIA. This sweetheart mermaid silhouette dress has been altered, but all extra fabric and beading are intact. Extra fabric is hidden and is NOT cut off and thus may be altered again depending on size. This includes the length of the dress. A bustle has been custom made at the back of the dress so that you have the option of keeping the train longer or shorter depending on your preference (ie. longer for photos, and shorter for walking/dancing). This Organza dress train has been hand washed delicately and is not stained. Veil is not included, but I can refer you to where I got the veil.
