The Dress

I bought this beautiful dress while living in London and brought it back to South Africa where I got married!

I chose this dress because, firstly, it is beautiful with multiple layers of lace, and secondly because it is so light in weight and comfortable to wear. Loving dancing, I did not want to be restricted by my dress on the dance floor. I could move around with ease, and the dress could also pin-up at the back. I also loved the sweetheart neckline of the dress.

Slight alterations were made to the dress. Boning was added at the bust, side seams and side back to shape it to my figure. I also had bridal tulle added at the bottom of the dress underneath the layers of lace so that the dress could puff out at the bottom - the bridal tool can be easily removed if you do not like it.

The dress is in very good condition, and was only worn once. I took great care of this beautiful dress on the evening and therefore there are no damage to the dress. Four of the six photos show the current condition of it.
