This stunning dress by Bridal Chic of Australia is super special. You're not likely to find anything like this in the UK as I bought it in Australia and shipped it here to the UK myself, so you'll certainly be one of a kind on your wedding day! As you can see from the photos, the dress is COVERED in beadwork and seed pearls. It has more detail under the bust and this beadwork travels to the back of the dress. The colour is beautiful and very different. It is described as 'pearl' and it basically looks like a vintage ivory colour with the smallest hint of blush.

The train is large and lays beautifully- it looked incredible when I was walking down the aisle! I had the dress altered so that the train can be bustled using 3 discrete buttons so it is off the ground (for your first dance!). This has been very well done and it sits beautifully whether left loose or when bustled.

I wore the dress with a petticoat (included in sale) to allow ease of movement. If you are taller than me (I was approx 5' 8 with heels), the dress would likely be suitable if you didn't wear the petticoat. Padded cups are sewn into the bodice and these are suitable for a larger busted lady (I'm a DD+). The dress fastens with a zip and it would be possible for a seamstress to take in the waist and bust if necessary (I had the waist taken in by 1inch).

As an ex sample piece (immaculate condition), I got this dress for $2300AUD (approx 1400GBP) and am now asking for only 850GBP ONO, which I believe is an excellent price for a dress with this level of beadwork and detail. There are a couple of very small marks on the inside of the underskirt but these do not show at all on the outside of the skirt.
