The dress is soft satin material, I bought a size 18 as I'm very busty, minor alterations were done so the dress is more a size 16, I'm 5ft 7in and wore 3in heels! It's light and comfortable even though it's corseted! I wore it for 5 hours only and the morning after our wedding we took it back to the wedding shop to have it professionally cleaned. The cowl neck is front and back with diamantes, lace detail, very dramatic and perfect for vintage/Hollywood glam theme!
