This dress is absolutely beautiful!!!!
It's a very heavy dress made with more of a netting on the bottom half to make it swing like a bell.
The top half is heart shaped covered in small pearls and sequins which just make it sparkle.
Im really reluctant to sell but in honestly I will never wear it again.
It dose have straps but the are optional.
Whoever buys this dress will not be disappointed!
