The Dress

French lace Tabitha by Charlotte Balbier beautiful vintage fishtail dress.

This is the first dress I viewed! I knew it was the one...... so I bought straight away, no regrets at all it looked stunning and I felt comfortable sitting down and doing the first dance.

The dress is size 12, I am 5.5 size 12 and wore a medium stiletto. I hired a underskirt which kicked out the bottom and gave my feet room so I can dance! The hem is taken up a couple of inches and there is padding sewed into the bust of dress.

Style: Vintage fishtail (deep V neck, figure hugging, with small train that can be tied up for first dance). It has satin buttons down the back to disguise zip fastening.

Colour: Antique gold (best described as rich ivory or champagne) with scattered crystals (very subtle)

The dress is in immaculate condition as I had an evening dress for after the first dance. The dress has also been professionally dry cleaned.

This dress would work for a summer or winter wedding. This dress can be tailored to fit sizes and height below the measurements stated above, dresses bought from new usually require work from a tailor anyway, so please don't let this put you off! Very sad to see it go, hope the next person enjoys this dress as much as I did. Happy shopping xxx
