The two pictures with the carpet on the ground are from when I picked the dress up from the store (unaltered). It was too tight so I lost weight before the wedding (140lb when I picked it up to 130lb on my wedding day). The measurements posted are from what I was on my wedding day and what the dress was altered to fit to.
Alterations
-Dress was taken in at the bust and hips
-Sleeves were taken in around the wrist
-Dress was hemmed to hit right at the ground with flat shoes.
-Lace was added in bust area to make the lace appear in a more even pattern on both sides
-Cups were added for bust but can be removed
-3 point bustle was added
