The Dress

Beautiful gown in excellent condition, only worn once. For brides that are looking for an evening of Art Deco glam, this fit-and-flare wedding dress is one of the most beautiful, vintage inspired items in the Essense of Australia collection. It’s made from the finest Tulle and Satin and features elegant Diamante beading on its illusion shoulder straps, bodice and drop waist. The plunging back zips up under crystal buttons.

My mother bought this dress hoping it would fit me, but alas my hips are a little too wide (40”). Gorgeous gown, sad it didn’t work out for me. Measurements of gown are listed as those of bride that wore the dress. Also, a small unnoticeable tear was found in the tulle skirt, approx 2 inches long. Would be easily mended. Dress was previously bustled and is able to be altered.

I paired it with an antique hair clip, but the dress is versatile enough to pair well with several kinds of veils or headpieces.“
