The Dress
Classic Hispalis mermaid dress from Pronovias. I felt so glamorous and beautiful in this dress. The train is dramatic but it's otherwise minimal—really elegant and something I know I'll love looking at photos [removed] years from now!
I had this altered so the back cowl is removable—see the last photo where I've removed the cowl and bustled the train.
I had this dry-cleaned the week after the wedding, so dirt didn't have any time to set in. It's in great condition, looks as beautiful as the day I got it back from alterations.
Alterations
Push-up cups are sewn in but can easily be removed and swapped out for other cups.
Back cowl has been altered so it's removable with hook & eye. Fun for a reception look.
Hemmed in the front so that I could wear it with 2.5" heels.
Train was left at full length. Simple buttons for American bustle at the back.
