The Dress

Sad to say goodbye to this gorgeous, never-worn dress! It's a bit too formal for the backyard BBQ-style wedding we've decided to have this spring, but absolutely love how I feel in it and hoping to find a great home :)

-Never worn Martina Liana gown unaltered; retailed for $2150
-Strapless fit-and-flare gown
-High-quality fabric is incredibly flattering; feels like everything is quite secure!
-Luxurious silk bengaline (also known as Mikado silk) fabric is quite slimming
-Architectural front, side, and back seams on bodice with figure-flattering boning hit all the right places to elongate me despite my being short and somewhat curvy!
-Label size 12, which is what is reflected in the listing measurements (I'm typically a street size 2 - 4; the photos on me show it very cinched in the back with gown clips)
-Features a sweetheart neckline that, miraculously, doesn't require constant tugging. Also came with internal buttons to attach straps easily if desired
-Elegant chapel train
-The back zips up under a strand of beautiful fabric-covered buttons that extend the entire length of the dress to the bottom of the hem
-Needs cleaning as it's accumulated a bit of dust on the hem the handful of times I tried it on and walked around in it a bit while deciding whether it felt right for me :)
