The Dress

Gala-802 was and still is my dream dress. Wearing it was effortless; flattering, light and easy to walk, dance and sit in. The inbuilt spandex/underwear made me feel very secure; no unattractive underwear marks etc. Due to the stretch in the underlay, moving around was easy on the day. It is by far, the most comfortable wedding dress.

I am usually between a size 6 and 8 Aus and this dress fit me perfectly, even with a bust size of 8 DD. Larger busted ladies, don't hesitate. The plunging neckline is gorgeous, the illusion chest/sheer fabric at the front (most people didn't realise there was another layer), helped keep the dress in place, in addition to the inbuilt bra/support cups. Other than the hem, no other alterations were needed.

It has been worn once and has been professionally dry cleaned (certificate given).

Once you try this dress on, your journey to finding the dream dress will be over. You won't want to take it off!

The seamstress was recommended by the boutique the dress was purchased from. The dress was shortened to 178cm in length (I am 167cm tall + an extra 11cm for heels.) She also added a bustle and a transparent wrist loop (you cannot see it when dress isn't bustled. You've got to see it to believe it!)
