The Dress

This gorgeous Catherine Deane dress was worn for a few hours at my indoor wedding. I LOVED this dress, I didn't feel hot or cold, it was very light weight, I was able to move freely, when I twirled the bottom flared out the perfect amount, when not bustled there is a mini train that drags out beautifully for the ceremony. There are thin boob cups built in, but I wore a thin backless sticky bra for more shape. This dress hugs in all the right places, so whether or not you're gifted with child bearing hips, this dress will give you that sexy hourglass look because of the cut and the built in satin waist sash. I received A LOT of compliments about the gown. With all the lace detail, no need for lots of jewelry either! It was perfect for my vintage themed wedding! True size 4, BHLDN store samples are in size 4 as well so try it on at the stores! You will fall in love!

my measurements: waist 29" or 74cm, hips 39" or 100cm, bust 34.6" or 88cm (it was a little snug for me on the bottom half but I'm in between sizes 4 and 6)

The dress comes from a smoke free home, all lace is intact and near perfect, small unnoticeable tan discoloration in lace at mid rightside of back. Garment bag included.

Alterations

I am a little short (with platform shoes, I'm 5' 4") and curvy in the hips. I altered the bottom hem inside linings only. Outer lace layer was left alone. A French and American bustle was added(see photos before and after bustle). The alternations shouldn't affect the height too much since it's the inner lining that was trimmed.
