The Dress
My dress was handmade by the wonderful Kerri at Kindling Bridal. The lining is silk. It was warm on my wedding day (around 22 degrees) and the dress was light and comfortable to wear all day (including for dancing!).
It’s fitted around the body and falls straight down from the hip. There is a loop to put around you wrist to hold the skirt, however this is broken but could easily be fixed e.g. as part of any alterations that would be needed.
Alterations
I had the sleeves shortened slightly. Some alterations were also required to make the body slightly smaller than a size 12 (I’m in between size 10 and 12 normally)
