The Dress

A stunning Justin Alexander 2019 dress. The fabric (beaded lace) and pattern are very unusual and made me fall in love with the dress at first sight. Long train that can be pinned up for dancing/reception. I didn't opt for a veil, but have to admit it looked amazing when matched with a long, plain one in the bridal shop.

Worn on the wedding day and for a wedding photo shoot. Very good condition, although there is small discolouration to the inner side of the corset/top that occurred in dry-cleaning (can't be seen on the outside) and there is a small bit of lace missing at the bottom/side of the dress (I must have stepped on it at the wedding). Alterations

Length adjusted to the 6cm heel of my wedding shoes, a little piece of lace has been placed in the bust area as I found it too revealing without it - can easily be removed. 2 loops have been made at the back to pin the train up for dancing, etc. Last minute size adjustments to the top were made due to a small weight loss in the few weeks leading to the weeding. Cups were stitched in to stop them from showing. 2 buttons at the back were replaced after dry-cleaning.
