I loved this dress, the top looks shear with gorgeous bead and lacework, but the bottom is a very elegant soft fabric (but thick enough because it has a few layers), with the same beadwork down the right side. I had a French bustle so that it is good for walking but still has the train.
Alterations
Took up shoulders and slightly the sides, as well as a hem (I am 5'4").
