The Dress

This is Stephanie Allin's "Daisy" gown from her "Look of Love" collection.

This dress was made to measure for my wedding in 2015 by Stephanie Allin in her Mumbles workshop. There were no further alterations after it was made. I am a UK 4 (well, I was - have had kids since then!), and 153 cm tall (I wore 5 inch heels on the day) - I am happy to provide you a copy of the exact measurements to which this dress was created, so you can be sure that it fits.

It is a gorgeous, ultra-feminine gown, with an off the shoulder neckline, built-in cups, layers of organza, and hand-applied daisies to the beautiful flowing train. The detail on the dress is stunning, and it was so comfortable to wear. I searched far and wide for a neckline like this dress has, and found nothing that compared.

I wore the dress just once on my wedding day, and it has since been hanging up in my wardrobe in a clean garment bag. I have not dry cleaned it yet, as I presume a new bride would wish to do this herself before she wears it. I only briefly went outside wearing the dress to take photographs - therefore it is in excellent condition and will look perfect once dry cleaned. There are no tears or faults with the dress.
