The Dress
Lisa Donetti dress purchased at Paverly Bridal in London for my wedding in Melbourne. Elegant, timeless, hugs your curves in all of the right places. This dress is easy to wear, easy to put on, and most of all comfortable.
It has a zip at the back, and a detachable train covered by a satin belt (train to be removed when you want to dance the night away!). This dress also has a built in bra, with a bit of padding.
I am 167cm and the dress touches the floor when I'm wearing heels (I wore comfortable block heels on the day, approx 3 inches).
Dress measurements:
Waist ~ 67cm
Bust ~ 78cm
Hips ~ 82cm
Waist -> hem ~ 110cm
Alterations
Attached a satin belt to cover the part where you attach/detach the train.
Added in bra cups which gave it/me a bit more shape.
Tailored a size down to a size 8 from a size 10.
