The Dress

I am selling my gorgeous Jesus Peiro jacquard gown as my husband and I are relocating abroad and unfortunately it can’t come with us. But it would be lovely to know the dress will be worn again, as it is too beautiful to live in the cupboard!

This dress was amazingly comfortable and I felt incredible wearing it. I fell in love with this dress as I was looking for a modern, clean-cut gown that still had a formal feel to it. The Jesus Peiro designs really ticked these boxes for me as the structure of the folds and the choice of fabric make this a simple but very elegant dress. There are no fussy layers of fabric so it was comfortable to wear even with the warm weather. The dress also has pockets, which really sealed the deal for me!

The dress has recently been professionally dry-cleaned, but there are some small marks around the hem that haven’t come off (images above). But if the hem needed to be taken up, these could easily be removed.

Alterations

The dress has had some minor alterations made to the neckline and underarm edges for a closer fit. The hemline was also shortened to my height - 5’9” and wearing 3” heels.
