The Dress
I love this dress! She was so comfortable and very flattering. I am usually a 12 to 14 and it fit me perfectly.
Crocheted geometric fit and flare with an endlessly romantic feeling. Accented with a detachable stretch off the shoulder cape. I chose not to wear the cape but comes with the dress. The stretch Jersey lining feels mystical and light.
There is a small tear in the lace near the hem of the train where someone stepped on the dress. Barely noticeable and can be easily fixed or hemmed off. See picture.
I have had her professionally dry cleaned and altered by a bridal gown specialist.
Alterations
There had been a thread put through the top of the bust to pull it in and give a bit more hold, this can easily be removed if you wish.
The boning has been taken up to create a more flattering look around the waist and hips.
A bustle added at the back to bring train up post ceremony. See pictures.
The dress has been hemmed. I am 168cm tall and wore a 7cm heel.
