The Dress

For the non-traditional bride who still wants to shine!

We got married in an art gallery / industrial event space in March 2019 and I wanted a wedding dress that could match a unique venue; as well as allowed my personality to show through.

I wanted a short dress as I wanted to dance the night away without being weighed down by a long skirt all night - however, I also wanted a bit of impact during the ceremony with the removable overskirt.

The short wedding dress is the Ibiza style by Thurely in size 8. This dress retails at approx. $1,000 and I'm happy to sell for $560. I would say that this is a fairly true size 8 style - if anything the size maybe runs a bit on the small size of an 8. I often wear a size 6 or 8 and I have a small bust. The dress could definitely accommodate a slightly larger bust - maybe a large B / small C cup. I am about 165cm tall and I wore a high heel with platform.

The overskirt is called 'Mia Overskirt' from GC Bridal Lounge and retails at $380. I'm happy to sell for $250. The skirt attaches to the dress with tiny clear press studs and can be detached easily - we detached the skirt with a turn during our wedding dance :-)

The crown and earrings are from Ashlee Lauren with a combined total cost of $380. I'm happy to sell for $250.

All items are in fantastic condition - obviously all only worn once and have been professionally dry cleaned.

I'm happy to sell the items altogether or individually.

Alterations

The Mia Overskirt was shortened from about 2200mm to 1800mm (approx.)
The extra fabric is available for use to be made into a veil or headpiece.
