Custom made ivory tule skirt with a separate Vivienna Lorikeet calfskin strapless bodice.
This look was inspired by a gorgeous J Mendel dress I tried on at Bergdorff Goodman New York that had a very constrictive mermaid cut (I wanted to dance!). I worked with a Melbourne based dressmaker to create a modern, luxurious and clean look that was still romantic and whimsical.
The skirt moves fabulously and is forgiving, whilst the bodice holds you in, in all the right places. You also have the option to surprise guests with a shorter dancing skirt/ sequined hot pants later in the night if you so choose.
