The Dress

I am selling the perfect and most beautiful wedding dress in the world. It is the timeless vintage Diana from Eliza Jane Howell bought at the award winning designer bridal boutique Ellie Sanderson.

Looks

It took me a very long time to find a dress that is at the same time vintage, glamorous, sophisticated and boho, to complete our forest wedding.

The Diana is a slim fully hand beaded & sequenced wedding gown with a flattering silhouette, a slash neckline, short loose sleeves, bow belt around waist and subtle train.

The colour is pearl, a very natural just off white.

Feels

As explained above I wanted something vintage, glamorous, sophisticated and boho. But above all comfortable. I did not want to worry about not looking flawless in the pictures. The silk sweetheart shape gives it a very female look. While the slim beaded sheer mesh layer covers everything elegantly. It is a lightweight dress which is very comfortable to wear and dance in.

It is not only comfortable, it is also very practical as there is a subtle hook sewn invisibly into the layers of lace so that the train of the dress can be lifted (for dancing and stairs).

Details

- UK size 10. I am in between 8 and 10.

- Worn once for a few hours. As new condition.

- Can be seen and tried on, based in London, Walthamstow.

- It has been professionally dry cleaned by London’s most recommended Upstage Theatrical Dry Cleaners. It honestly looks as new.

Alterations

Length altered to fit height of 5’5” with 4” heels (I think it was still half an inch too long). No other alterations made. The layers and train of the dress make it very easy to alter the length if needed.
