Alterations
Alterations were made to make this size 20 dress closer to a size 18 due to weight loss and height (a seam was added at the waist, and I wore a belt over the seam). I am 5'2" and I wore this dress with flats. It also already has a bustle in place. There is plenty of fabric to be able to let this dress in or out for a future wearer who is around 5'1 to 5'3" and size 14-20.
