The Dress

I got married in Feb this year and purchased this dress in August 2017. I LOVE it - the epitome of my dream dress - and I want someone else to feel the love!

I am an NZ size 12 in top and bottom, but bought this in a UK 14 and had it altered to hug my curves.

If you have a booty, this is the dress for you! It's sexy in all the right ways. Super comfortable and soft, the stretch lace is a dream, I wore it all day at my boho festival wedding and never felt awkward, uncomfortable or restricted which was exactly what I wanted. Built in bra cups are very supportive and never felt at risk of an accident.

Description from the designer:
"The bodice combines a simple shape – a deep V neck and wider straps – with semi-transparent lace panels over the midriff, shoulders, sides and back. The back is low, with a row of lace-covered buttons to secure.
A waist band detail emphasizes your natural waist, and the stretch lace skirt skims over your hips and butt, then flares out."

Dry-cleaned with a slight green stain on the bottom on the inside from grass (not noticeable from the outside and barely noticeable on the inside).

Alterations

Was a UK 14 off the rack and was altered to tighten around my back, bum and chest (at UK 14 was a bit of a gape in the small of my back).

I am 170cm tall, 12B bra size (although probably on the smaller side of that!), and NZ 12 most top and bottoms.

Was also altered at the top of the sleeves to match the measurements around the chest/back. My alterer was incredible and if you are based in the Bay of Plenty, NZ, happy to recommend!
