The Dress

I absolutely loved wearing this incredibly special dress and it definitely made the day unforgettable, I look forward to seeing it make someone else's truly special too!

I will be selling this for $10,000 or am happy to accept the nearest offer.

I purchased this dress from Helen Rodriguez's designer boutique who are the only retailers of Israeli designer Inbal Dror in Aust. There are only 2 of this particular dress design in Australia, the other is now with its owner in Adelaide.

My favourite detail is the frayed lace details to the top of the scalloped neckline and the hand sown/embrodied rice/coral-like detailing down the front.

*Note: The dress on the runway looks slightly see through at the front for some reason (possibly a more sheer lining), however mine is not at all. I just wore a pair of nude 'shapewear' shorts from uniqlo underneath.

*Extra Story: One of my favourite stories I was told about this dress when I purchased it from Helen Rodriguez and the reason it is so different from other Inbal Dror designs was that the designer Inbal Dror had had enough of people imitating her designs so she decided to create this runway piece that was skillfully hand crafted - the idea to create something that could not be imitated.

I have had this dress specially dry cleaned by Blue & White Dry Cleaning, the only recommended dry cleaners from Helen Rodriguez. It has come back in perfect condition and is like new.
