The Dress
I wore this dress for our wedding on a gloriously sunny day in July 2012. The dress was absolutely fabulous, really comfortable to wear and perfect for our family village, garden marquee wedding.
The dress is floral embroidered lace over Dolce Satin sheath gown and features a ruched satin cumberbund at the waist, detachable one shoulder lace strap, puddle train and lace up back, the laces can be worn inside or out.
The dress is Ivory Lace over an Oyster Gown in UK size 10 and has been adjusted - I am 5’5” and wore 2” heels. My usual bra size is 32DD.
I wore the detachable one shoulder strap during the day and then removed it for the evening, when I also tied up the train.
The dress was professionally dry cleaned after the wedding.
