The Dress
I normally wear a size 4 in regular clothes. This dress was ordered size 8 and 51 inch length. It is two pieces, satin dress with lace overlay. The corset is fitted and you do not need a bras for this open back dress. My measurements for the order were bust 33, waist 27, hips 35. The only part altered was the bust and it was still a bit big, I am a small B cup and you could definitely fit a full C! The shoulder straps with lace were shortened a couple of inches as well. The sash I have is Ivory with the flower detail. Very beautiful dress, especially the back, it was gorgeous! I loved every minute in it and I hope someone else can enjoy it as much I did. It bustles near the bottom of the bum on the outside with one button. It looks very pretty bustled and is very comfortable to dance in all night long. With alterations I paid $2100 for this dress. I also dry cleaned it for another $300.
