The Dress

I am selling my beautiful Maggie Sottero 'Judith' wedding dress, and matching hand made bolero. Welcome to try on. Ivory lace over Mocha. Classic and elegant with softly dipped neckline and graceful draping, this strapless slim A-line, with slight flare at the bottom features embellished lace motifs on tulle, grosgrain ribbon belt with Swarovski crystal brooch, and signature lace-up corset back closure which allows it to be a bit more forgiving for sizing up or down.

A Maggie Sottero US label size 8, has been professionally taken in at the sides approximately one size (from a size 12 UK to a size 10 uk). This was originally the petite length version of this dress, and has been taken up at the front to fit me (I'm 5ft 3 and wore a 1 inch heel.) The lace that was taken up was used to construct the unique matching Bolero, again approximately a UK size 10) Bolero cost me £90 to have made and was only worn for a few minutes during some of the photographs.

I have also had a loop and button added by the dress shop to enable the dress to be bustled for the evening which was incredibly useful, however the loop does now needs re-sewing as it came undone. Dress has been professionally dry-cleaned and is in very good condition.
